FAQ

Is this medication list template free?

Yes. Create and print your list without an account, email address or payment card. Use your browser's print dialog to save it as a PDF.

Where is my medication information saved?

This tool keeps your entries in the current browser tab and opens a local print view. It does not upload the values you enter. Save your PDF before closing or reloading the tool.

What should I include in my medicines list?

Record medicine names, the strength or dose from the label, when and how you take them, and any notes or questions for your doctor or pharmacist. Include non-prescription medicines and supplements you currently use.

Can this tell me which dose to take?

No. The tool only formats what you enter. Copy your current directions and check the list with your doctor or pharmacist; it is not a prescription.
